All sold fresh flowers cannot be returned or exchanged due to its perishable nature.

Refunds

For advance orders that are cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery, a partial refund of 50% will be issued. 

For advanced orders that are cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery, no refund will be issued. 

For same-day delivery orders, any cancellations are non-refundable.
