As fresh flowers are subject to availability, the actual bouquet may differ slightly from pictured product.
In the case where a specific flower type is not available, a flower of similar aesthetic and of the same value will be used.
Refunds
All sold fresh flowers cannot be returned or exchanged due to its perishable nature.
Returns
For advance orders that are cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.
For advanced orders that are cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery, no refund will be issued.
For same-day delivery orders, any cancellations are non-refundable.
Bouquet by Glen will not be liable for any losses due to error of delivery address on the part of the customer. The customer bears the responsibility to rectify any error of order details at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Pets
Please visit the SPCA website to learn about flowers and their effect on different animals. In general, most flowers are toxic to animals according to SPCA, and we only want the best for your pet. Please prevent your pet from coming into close contact with flowers.
Bouquet by Glen will not assume any responsibility for harm to pets caused by our floral arrangements.
